Retail Workers Struggle For Hours In Weak Recovery

What a lot of people forget is that Wal-Mart doesn’t exist to provide its employees with a job. It exists to sell products to consumers. If there are fewer customers in the store, they need fewer employees in the store. It’s not class warfare, it’s just math.

Wal-Mart has NOT been exempt from accountability. The Supreme Court merely said the pool of litigants is too big. Wal-Mart can still be held responsible, the lawyers just have to break the case up into smaller pools.
