We lose an hour of sleep in the spring, for what? It’s dark in the morning when I need the sun to wake me. It’s light at night when I need my son to go to sleep! It completely disrupts my days for at least two weeks.

The government claims daylight saving time saves energy, but scientific studies in 1976 proved otherwise. We have enough daylight, we don’t need to save anymore!
