… the more they stay the same. Obama is realizing that keeping his promises is a lot harder when he’s in the White House than when he was on the campaign trail.

The White House is considering whether to issue an executive order to indefinitely imprison a small number of Guantanamo Bay detainees. Under the proposal, detainees considered too dangerous to prosecute or release would be kept in confinement, said officials.

The far left should have known Obama would have to govern from the center and there would be some promises that would be impossible to keep.

Remember when President Bush did the same thing? There was a huge outcry from the far left, especially from websites like the Huffington Post. Wonder if we’ll hear the same criticism now that it’s their Messiah who’s doing the exact same thing?
