<p>After the way the UN botched enforcement of 17 previous resolutions, they certainly don&#8217;t deserve any say in the rebuilding of Iraq.  I think the US, Britain and the Aussies can handle the rebuilding ourselves.  Oh yeah, France, we&#8217;re canceling those oil contracts you were counting on.<img src="http://www.trommetter.org/smilies/evilgrin.gif" width="15" height="15"></p>
