I got a call on my cell phone from a number in India that I didn’t recognize so I let it go to voice mail. Maybe I should have answered? Google voice transcribed the beginning of the message like this: “Hi Jason, My name is Al Gore that I’m calling from catch up on that. I’m just calling regarding…”
I’ve been wondering where Al was hanging out these days. Now I know, he’s in India!
The iPhone 4 is like a girlfriend who drives you nuts! She won’t pay attention to you, she never listens to you, she breaks everything, but OMG she’s so hot! You can’t give her up.
One of my biggest pet peeves these days is people who say, “Have a good one!” Have a good what? They must be too lazy to think about whether they should say, “Have a good day!” or “Have a good evening!” What’s up with that?

I am tired of writing about politics. I’ve been let down by both the Republican and Democrat parties. I see no Hope or Change on either side. Until the American political system is changed to allow more parties to take part in the political process, nothing will change.
I still haven’t registered to vote in South Carolina (mainly because my PA driver’s license won’t expire until October) and I may not register at all. I’m going to become a political dropout. Unless people ask me about my political views, I’m not going to share them anymore.
Until I decide on something else to write about, the New Trommetter Times blog is on hiatus!

We lose an hour of sleep in the spring, for what? It’s dark in the morning when I need the sun to wake me. It’s light at night when I need my son to go to sleep! It completely disrupts my days for at least two weeks.

The government claims daylight saving time saves energy, but scientific studies in 1976 proved otherwise. We have enough daylight, we don’t need to save anymore!
