Finally, high-speed Internet is coming to rural America, and to hear the Obama Administration tell it, not a minute too soon. Rural America has fallen into a communication abyss, but don’t worry the Government is here to help, and it’s only going to cost 4 billion dollars.
I wouldn’t want government built broadband., would you? I mean, look at Amtrak.
- Obama Administration faces criticism from press
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs faced some tough questions today, first from CBS reporter Chip Reid and then from Helen Thomas. The issue was that the Obama Administration is stacking the deck at town hall meetings and isn’t being transparent.
If you’re going to plant questioners in the audience, don’t make it so easy to find the connection with the administration. Obama was good at dealing with the press during the campaign, guess the honeymoon is over.
