Barack Obama Thanks Himself In Teleprompt Blunder
A teleprompt blunder has led to Barack Obama thanking himself in a speech at the White House in a St Patrick’s Day celebration. Mr Obama is an accomplished orator but is becoming known in America as the “teleprompt president” over his reliance on the machine when he gives a speech.
The best prank I’ve ever witnessed was actually a prank that was played on me. It happened the summer I worked as a counselor at Victory Valley Camp.
He disturbeth my soul.
He leadeth me in the path of destruction for the party’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Depression,
I anticipate no recovery for he is with me.
He prepareth a reduction in my salary. In the presence of mine enemies,
He anointeth my small income with taxes: my expense runneth over.
Surely unemployment and poverty shall follow me all the days of my life.
And I shall dwell in a mortgaged house forever.
I had never seen my Grandmother’s obituary before because I couldn’t read when I was five-years old. My Father-in-law found this on a genealogy website.
Mrs. Anna Evans, of 1520 Center St., Ashland, died at her home at 7 am Saturday. She was born in Girardville March 17, 1915, a daughter of the late DeLance and Laura (Wagner) Jones.
She was a former resident of Locustdale. Mrs. Evans was previously hospitalized.
She was a member of Bethany Evangelical Church, Ashland and the Auxiliary to the Prince of Peace Commandery 39, Ashland. Surviving are her husband, Warren, a daughter, Laura, wife of James Trommetter, of Coopersburg; a sister, Mrs. Alice Horbach, of Ashland; two grandchildren, one nephew.
Services will be held Tuesday morning at the Kull Funeral Home with Rev. H. David Albright of Bethany Church officiating; interment in Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs.

“My 33% approval rating in the latest McClatchy poll is higher than that of Congress, lawyers, or Hollywood — and I have achieved it without pandering to anybody and without giving away your money. Can you imagine what my approval number would be if I had the power to take your money and give it away to other people? Why, I’d be over 50%, too!”
