Privacy advocates are issuing warnings about a new radio chip plan that ultimately could provide electronic identification for every adult in the U.S. and allow agents to compile attendance lists at anti-government rallies simply by walking through the assembly.
I certainly hope not! I understand the need to protect public safety by requiring a driver’s license, but an RF chip would be going too far. - Let’s Stop the Twitter Madness
We all want to be connected to each other in a kind of giant kumbaya. But here is what I want to know: Who in the hell has time for this stuff? - Thousands turn out for Greenville Tea Party
All over the country yesterday, thousands of Americans turned out for dozens of local “Tea Parties” to protest President Obama’s massive spending programs. In Greenville, more than 2,000 protesters gathered on the banks of the Reedy River to make their voices heard. That, I’m told, was the largest turnout of any Tea Party in the country.
Wish I could have been there.
- President Obama Starts Process of Removing Doctors’ Protections on Abortions
The White House quietly announced on Friday that President Barack Obama is starting the process of overturning protections President Bush put in place to make sure medical staff and centers are not forced to do abortions. The move is the latest that will add to Obama’s growing pro-abortion record.
Some believe “first do no harm” means not participating in abortions. Obama has no right to say differently!
