   Not that I’m aware of. Of course both my first and middle names are from the Bible.

   When I heard Steven Curtis Chapman sing “Cinderella” for the first time.

   Yes, when I take my time.

   Spam

   Yes, despite the fact every doctor I’ve ever seen has told me I have “huge” tonsils.

   No, and I wouldn’t sky dive either. Why jump off a perfectly good bridge or jump out of a perfectly good airplane.
