Once again, Ron Paul (L-TX) is my hero. He has introduced legislation to prevent "global welfare" payments. His legislation would prohibit the federal government from paying SS benefits to non-citizens living in other countries.
At a time when we’re looking at massive shortfalls for the SS system, this is sensible legislation. I applaud Representative Paul [...]

Well, it’s happening. I’ve talked about it before — once the gun grabbers succeed in banning guns, they’ll go after knives. I know a lot of people thought that was a ridiculous assertion, but it’s happening now!
In Britain, the British Medical Journal is now advocating the banning of "long kitchen knives." They [...]

I’d never been to a NASCAR event until last night. The idea of watching guys go real fast around a track again and again making only left turns doesn’t excite me. But now I’m living in the heart of NASCAR country again.
Yesterday I bought a collectible pin to support some of the children’s charities [...]

    1. Thoughts on Healthcare
By Jason @ Healthy Weight Loss

Yes, you are right. Health Care should not related to any politic issues. As it would create so called distrusted among us.

    2. The Election is Over?

thank you for posting my comment – too often people choose to censor those with views that are in opposition. I respect that you believe in the value of free speech and discourse.

    3. The Election is Over?
      By Lukhas Terrik

The Comment about the election being over was due mainly to McCain’s insistent remarks which were sarcastic and related to his (McCain’s) specific position during the election which, after the reworking of Obama’s HCR Proposal, no longer had any bearing.

Secondly, the article you and so many other self-proclaimed conservatives keep pointing to, by Dr. Roger A. Forsyth is simply a selection of mistruths. In fact, he worked for Dr. Tom Janisse, at SCPMG, Pasadena, CA. If you would do your homework, you would find that many of the doctors at SCPMG are life-long contributors to the Republican Party. Hardly a non-partisan article by a non-partisan doctor. I suppose full disclosure would have been in order except it is widely known and accepted that the SCPMG is a right-leaning organization. The problem is that full disclosure to SCPMG, Fox News, Tea Party Leaders, and many of my Republican brothers and sisters means little to nothing. I find it rather ironic that many Tea Partiers who scream and yell against health care reform at town hall meetings and rallies were simply defending the corrupt power of health insurance companies. do you NOT see that? The Insurance companies are our modern-day British Tea Companies!!! In fact there’s a healthy list of Tea Party leaders who worked for Health Insurance Companies, were Lobbyists for the Health Insurance Companies, or work for far-right Republicans.

As for President Obama’s speech at a suburban Philly college, it’s ironic that you pick an article, one of the only articles out there about the speech. He was invited to discuss his health care reform proposal by the Democratic Caucus in Montgomery County. As I recall, President Bush was asked to come speak there as well almost a decade ago – about health care reform, and oh yes, President Clinton did as well several years before that. It’s what politicians do during the every growing and now almost continuous election cycle.

Lastly, i see nothing but contempt, ignorance, hatred, and bigotry in your emphasis on using President Obama’s middle name to invoke the hatred of Muslims. how often did people use Bush’s full middle name? People called him Dubya, George Dubya, or any other variation. NOT because it would irk anyone, but because it was what he preferred and felt comfortable with. Last I checked – most people do not pick one’s own name. It’s a blatant and evil way of continuing the whole Birther issue which has already been settled by more sources than ever before. The problem with why the Tea Party movement will not be taken seriously by the left and many of us on the right is that you do not choose discourse. You choose division. You choose to walk with racists signs, yell racist and bigotrous calls, all under the guise of a Tea Party. Ironic because the original Tea Parties were to fight taxation without representation. You seem to have forgotten your political and cultural history. the REAL arguement that the farce known as the present day Tea Party Movement is fully argued by the Green Party, how bout you look into it – or at least admit your neo-con/christian bigotry.

btw – I’m making a copy of this with a screen shot – just in case – I’m hoping you let this comment stand – wouldn’t want a Tea Partier to moderate clean, well-spoken comment that disagree with your beliefs – that would be… well.. Marxist, Stalinist, Fascist, etc…

    4. Obama's Arrogance is Staggering
      By Mike

In some ways his behavior is good. People will see that he is on par with Jimmy Carter as are those who follow him. This November, hopefully the conservatives will take control and neuter him. In 2012 this nightmare will end and his damage is limited. If he goes middle of the road, he will become popular like our last nightmare Clinton and get another 4 years out of the deal.
