Sanford in 2008?

Why not? Mark Sanford is a pretty popular Governor of a Southern
state. That was the case for two other Presidents in recent
memory. He impressed fiscal conservative and a few Libertarians
like myself by fighting with the legislature over the budget. He won’t back down from a fight.
