Halloween Costume’s Toy Gun Causes Capitol Hill Scare
"Two congressional staff members carrying a plastic, toy revolver as part of a Halloween costume sent the Cannon House Office Building into a full security lockdown Thursday. The two women contacted police when they realized that they were the people officers were trying to locate in a full security sweep of the building."

So who gets the credit for this almost unprecedented expansion? Will the Media pundits credit President Bush‘s tax cuts? Probably not, they can’t do that now. Remember, it’s the economy stupid. That is usually one of the things the opposition party campaigns on. Can they still do that now? We’ll see.
