Scrapblog
I’ve been looking at several other sites that have "photoblogs," and decided to create my own. Visit the Trommetter’s Scrapblog to see some of our recent photography. Rachel‘s helping out too.
Teachers v. Administrators
I just read an
article about the “education lobby” in America. The educrats’ universal slogan
is “do it for the children.” Which really means “steal more
money out of taxpayers pockets to pour into useless programs.”
Of course, whenever you start up one of these new programs you
need a new “administrator.” Administrators don’t spend time
with students and their usefulness can be called into question.
In some schools, the administrators are approaching a 1:1 ratio
with teachers. That’s unacceptable!
Random Thoughts
According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census, in the year 2000 median household income in the United States reached “the highest level ever recorded” up to that time. This included black and Hispanic incomes which “hit new all-time highs” for these groups. But did you hear this news reported in the media, amid all the gloom and doom? ~Thomas Sowell

Get out your reparations calculator.
Michelle Malkin points out how nonsensical slavery reparations
for blacks are by pointing out how her people, Filipinos, were
also mistreated by various groups of Americans. There are
probably some whites who could demand reparations for their
ancestors who came to this country as indentured servants.
Chinese could demand reparations for their ancestors who built
our railroads and lived in near slave conditions. When will it
end?
The whole idea of reparations is absurd.
