Harry Browne has a new list of how-to’s for the war against terror. Too bad Harry
isn’t on Bush’s intelligence committee, they could learn something from Browne. The most important thing on the list is “Don’t be nice to the terrorists.”

There are so many good things on Harry’s list of do’s and dont’s I’m tempted to duplicate the whole thing. I’ll just provide a second link instead.
