Apparently it’s OK for Sarah Brady, a gun control advocate, to break existing gun-control laws. She purchased a rifle for her son. This violates so-called “straw purchase” laws. I guess those gun laws she advocates only apply to other people, hmmmm?

The Gun Owners of America have awarded an honaray membership to the son of Sarah Brady. “Now that Scott Brady is the proud owner of a high-powered ‘sniper’ rifle, he will most certainly need a fuller understanding of the Second Amendment than he ever received at home,” Erich Pratt, the Gun Owners of America’s communications director said in a statement.

The whole situation would be funny if Sarah Brady wasn’t such a complete idiot. The whole thing started when the admitted to the purchase in her autobiography, “A Good Fight.”
